The Texas Dental Association (TDA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr. Greta Zeimetz, DBA, CAE, SHRM-SCP, as its new Executive Director, effective July 28, 2025. Dr. Zeimetz is a visionary leader whose extensive experience in association management and strategic development is set to launch TDA into a new era of success, empowering members and elevating the dental profession across Texas.
A Proven Leader with a Track Record of Success
Dr. Zeimetz brings over 20 years of executive leadership, guiding multimillion-dollar organizations to achieve remarkable growth and operational excellence. Her career is marked by a series of transformative leadership roles where she consistently delivered exceptional results:
As Interim Executive Director for American Mensa, she revitalized a $4.5M operation by enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening board governance, and fostering significant staff engagement.
Serving as Executive Vice President for the American Association of Professional Landmen, she commanded a $10M budget and a 30-person team, expertly streamlining expenses by more than $3M while improving services.
During her tenure as CEO of the National Association of Legal Assistants, she doubled education revenue, launched over 20 advanced certification programs, and modernized systems to dramatically enhance member value.
As Director of Education and Research at the National Association of Tax Professionals, she grew non-dues revenue from $2.6M to $4.5M in just five years by delivering impactful education programs for 25,000 members.
Her academic credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration, an M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior, and a B.A. in Communications, complemented by prestigious certifications as a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and a Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
