The San Antonio District Dental Society hosts various meetings and events throughout the year that are available to both members and non-members. Our New Dentist Committee study club and continuing education programs are open to all dentists, staff, and students in the dental community. We also hold bi-monthly General Membership meetings that we strongly encourage all members to attend. Non-members are welcome to attend as guests, but kindly register beforehand. Our Event Calendar is a great resource for tracking District meetings, CE courses, social events, and community outreach opportunities. Smarter Scans for Crowns, Dentures and Implants

SADDS and Dandy invite you to hear live lectures and gain hands-on experience at our CE event on Friday, June 19, Smarter Scans for Crowns, Dentures and Implants. Through a lecture and series of guided hands-on exercises, participants will refine crown preparation and foundational scanning techniques and learn how to capture scans for implants and 2-appointment dentures. The course will also cover the latest advancements in scanning software, including AI scan analysis, live scan reviews and digital design previews, and how to use these tools for greater consistency, accuracy, and overall clinical efficiency.
