Position: Staff Dentist (Full-Time)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated Staff Dentist to provide compassionate, community-based care in our Levelland clinic. You’ll deliver a wide range of general dentistry services while promoting preventive practices and improving oral health for patients of all ages.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive dental care (exams, fillings, extractions, prosthetics, oral lesion treatment)

• Educate patients on preventive oral health

• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions

• Keep accurate patient records

• Collaborate with an experienced dental team and refer advanced cases as needed

• Participate in clinic initiatives and quality improvement programs

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Texas dental license + current BLS certification

• Strong clinical skills in preventive and corrective dentistry

• Compassionate communicator with patients and colleagues

• Commitment to professional growth and serving the community
